| Your complete satisfaction is our constant goal. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any item shipped by TheraGen International, Inc. within 30 days of receipt. If the purchase was made at full regular price and the return is prompted by an error on our part (ie) wrong item, did not like the item, changed mind, item was damaged upon receipt – we will refund the complete and regular purchase price including the cost of shipping via standard USP delivery. If the purchase is made on an item that is discounted from an original price, we will refund the actual price paid less the cost of shipping at USP standard delivery. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned merchandise. Just be sure to inform us by e-mail of your intent to return a product so we can anticipate its return and expedite your return remittance.
All Shipping & Handling on shipping orders are sent by Standard shipping via USP. Order processing including shipping time is estimated at 4-5 days. If you wish to expedite via 2 day or overnight please alert us in advance and you’ll be charged accordingly.
Unless stipulated otherwise on certain promotions , our Back & Support Cushion does not qualify for FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Because of the size and the weight – a flat $10 shipping and handling fee is added to the featured cost of the product. Delivery time is approximately 7 days.
If you place any order after 5p.m. eastern time on Friday – your order will be processed on the following business Monday and you may experience a delay between placing your order and the actual shipment of your order.
